We do Not ship to addresses outside of the United States and its territories.

STANDARD DELIVERY: Standard deliveries normally ship the same business day if received by 1:30 pm PST, pending credit card verifcation, via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail or FedEx GROUND and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, following credit card authorization. Standard delivery is also available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: Express Deliveries normally ship the same business day if received by 3:00 pm CST, following credit card authorization. Next-day delivery may not available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. Note that both USPS Express Mail and FedEx Overnight guarantee overnight delivery "to most areas" and "next business day in most cities" (respectively). To verify whether you live outside an overnight delivery area, please contact USPS or FedEx.

How can I track the delivery of my package?
At your request, we will provide your order tracking number (FedEx GROUND and USPS Express) or a delivery confirmation number (USPS Priority Mail). Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after we ship your package before tracking/delivery information appears on the carrier's web site.
If you think your order is late, please note that:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior
to processing.
Express orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will not be shipped until
the next business day.
United States Postal Service offers standard delivery Monday through
Saturday, excluding holidays. FedEx GROUND deliveries occur Tuesday
through Friday, excluding holidays.

CHANGED YOUR MIND AND PRODUCTS ARE UNOPENED (30 Days):
• Within 30 days of your product's shipping date, we will
fully refund (excluding shipping and handling costs) to you any
unopened product for any reason. SEE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
SHIPPING ERRORS (5 Days):
• We stand by the high quality of our service. If you receive
an order in which an error has been made, you must notify the Customer
Service Department at 1-800-324-8674 or e-mail (click here)
within five (5) working days.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS (5 Days):
• In the event a damaged shipment is received, please follow
these steps: (1) accept the delivery, (2) document on the delivery
receipt the number and description of damaged boxes, (3) save the
damaged products and boxes, (4) contact the Customer Service Department
at 1-800-324-8674 or by e-mail (click here) within
five (5) working days.
LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS (90 Days):
• In the event a shipment is lost or missing, contact the
Customer Service Department at 1-800-324-8674 or by e-mail (click here)
within 90 days. It is important to report lost or missing packages
within 90 days of the order date because a PACKAGE REPORTED LOST
OR MISSING MORE THAN 90 DAYS AFTER ORDER DATE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
To return or exchange a qualified unopened product, follow these simple steps:
1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by
calling toll-free: 1-800-324-8674 or send an e-mail (click here).
2. DISPLAY THE RMA# ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.
3. You will be responsible for the return shipping of all unopened
products. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PACK THE ITEMS IN A STURDY
SHIPPING CARTON AND INSURE YOUR PACKAGE BECAUSE WE CANNOT BE HELD
